Understanding the public tender search

How do you find tenders for your activity?

Choose Consultants for studies, design and advice, or Contractors for construction and execution. You can select several specialities or trades, several cantons and several deadline ranges. The search initially covers Geneva and Vaud; other Swiss cantons are also available. Click “Show tenders” after changing the filters.

How do you check submission deadlines and corrections?

Expired deadlines are hidden by default when a usable deadline is available. Results show the submission date and the number of days remaining. Open a record to view its calendar and available information. A missing date or an award notice does not prove that a tender is open. Always check the official notice, its corrections and the contracting authority’s documents before submitting your response.

How do you request help preparing your tender?

The contact form lets you describe your needs with or without a SIMAP reference. From a tender record, the support button passes the tender reference to the form. Enquiries are handled confidentially. Support is not available for tenders organised by THE X CORP. For other enquiries, the contact page links to THE X CORP’s general contact page.
